2- Shipping/Delivery is NOT free, if you need it delivered, there will be a separate charge by phone to book that.
3- During check out, shipping information is just your information, as we cannot charge shipping online, we do not know where it is going or do we know if we have a driver for your preferred time.
4- In the notes field, tell us the day you wish to pick up, and at what time. Monday - Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm. We do not offer pickup on Sunday as we are closed.
5- In the Notes field also tell us the colours preferred on Sample Arrangements, plain or printed balloon etc.
6- make sure your phone number is correct should we need to reach you for anything regarding your order due to stock.
